D: be careful!

I thought the spiders would take care of everything. But I guess the poisonous kill spiders, too.

Biomecha 11-04-2019 11:20 PM

It is also asp season, which means you have to watch out for a particular stinging caterpillar who is known for an extremely painful sting. Sometimes they fall out of trees though.

littl3chocobo 11-04-2019 11:24 PM

i suppose it depends on the spider

Unless you have read the ingredients on your salami, there is, in fact - as weird as it may sound - a reasonable chance it does contain sugar. I kid you not.

mdom 11-05-2019 11:26 AM

SALAMI WHEREFORE HAST THOU BETRAYED ME

Biomecha 11-05-2019 05:25 PM

Sugar likes to get added to everything. Even in places it doesn't belong.

mdom 11-05-2019 07:27 PM

OUr lives could have some extra sugar, too

mdom 11-05-2019 08:05 PM

I'll send you bonbons

Biomecha 11-05-2019 11:35 PM

Why bonbons?

mdom 11-06-2019 06:48 PM

To add sugar in your life!

Biomecha 11-06-2019 08:04 PM

Bon bons hardly last that long though. Actually, I don't think I've ever had one. Or are they just another name for truffles?

mdom 11-06-2019 10:13 PM

Hm, at least here they're less fancy than truffles.

Let me show you:

Biomecha 11-06-2019 10:17 PM

Ew, those are the cheap candies with filler ingredients that aren't worth the calories. It looks like bon bons are slightly different than truffles. Like more filling and less chocolate coating.

mdom 11-06-2019 11:33 PM

don't call my candies cheap!!! they're expensive xDD not as expensive as truffles, of course, but I can't get a box that often

Biomecha 11-06-2019 11:59 PM

I never get truffles either, they're too pricey for the amount you get.

mdom 11-07-2019 11:25 AM

I eat the homemade ones
like when people want to get more money for their household and start doing uhhh bake sales
but instead of bake sales they sell truffles here

Biomecha 11-07-2019 05:26 PM

Do you ever come across unique recipes?

The closet thing to that here might be at the farmer's market.

mdom 11-07-2019 05:35 PM

I'd have to cook myself heheh. But people like to do coconut and passion fruit a lot.

Biomecha 11-07-2019 08:05 PM

Ohh, those sound nice. Passion fruit is kind of tart, right? I wind up never trying it because of the seediness.

mdom 11-07-2019 09:40 PM

In the sourness scale it's less than lemon, but much more than orange xD My family likes the taste though.

Biomecha 11-07-2019 11:25 PM

That sounds like it might be good. I think they use it a lot in Bake Off as well. But might be the sort of thing that works better when used with other things if I remember correctly?

mdom 11-07-2019 11:37 PM

My sister loves it as a juice (with tons of sugar of course) but yeah, as a dessert with chocolate it's very good! Also I find the name in English super weird because we don't call it 'fruta da paixão', we call it 'maracujá', which is probably some native word.

Biomecha 11-07-2019 11:52 PM

With chocolate would probably be awesome.

What's even more strange is the oil from it is popular in skincare, but they usually refer to the maracuja name.

mdom 11-08-2019 12:23 AM

what is not good with chocolate actually xD

ah they must do it to be exotic |D

Biomecha 11-08-2019 03:42 AM

Let's start our own show to find out what doesn't go with chocolate.

Probably. But maybe it has to do with the way the INCI is standardized for listing ingredients?

mdom 11-08-2019 09:49 AM

Damn, that would be a great youtube channel!

TIL what is INCI! Also that is used in Portuguese as INCI as well.

Biomecha 11-08-2019 04:41 PM

What about Netflix? I wouldn't want to worry about demonetization on YouTube.

Yeah, it's used in a lot of countries.

mdom 11-08-2019 04:43 PM

Would netflix bet on us? Most importantly, would they make two series and then cancel? xD

Biomecha 11-08-2019 05:36 PM

Hmm, good point. I'm not sure which platform would be better.

mdom 11-08-2019 07:11 PM

Hm... twitch belongs to amazon...

Maybe some patreon thing

Biomecha 11-08-2019 10:16 PM

But then we'd have to go on a 10 minute spiel asking people to donate to our patreon and naming all the users who did donate.

mdom 11-08-2019 11:08 PM

I'd have booty shorts written 'donate' on them

hm, bout the users we'd have to have it written around the set. Or be subtle, like, does john_smith83risotto goes with chocolate? Find out today!

Biomecha 11-08-2019 11:13 PM

That sounds like it ventures into different territory. Dipping users into chocolate.

mdom 11-08-2019 11:32 PM

whaaat I'd never suggest cannibalism

publicly

Biomecha 11-09-2019 01:16 AM

It was starting to sound like that thing people do on camera when users pay them to do weird things because of a fetish.

mdom 11-09-2019 11:30 AM

I was reading about what people do fat women do FOR LIKE, NO REASON, and the eating thing sounded ok until I read that they want them to eat a whole cake and stuff like that. That's too much even for me.

Biomecha 11-09-2019 06:38 PM

I don't like watching people eat in general, so it's hard to see the appeal of paying for it. Or like the mukbang stuff.

littl3chocobo 11-09-2019 08:16 PM

what the heck is mubang? actuallly, i want to know?

Biomecha 11-09-2019 09:13 PM

Mukbang, where people live stream themselves eating large meals. I think part of the appeal for the viewers is feeling like they have company. But others might enjoy it for different reasons?
