I had to go do something else to give my back a break. Now I'm lying down waiting for my friend to get out of work.

Oh I hope your back feels better! I am on my way to bed. Tired, worked 15 hours.

I only got 6 hours of sleep. I woke up and could not get back to sleep. I am supposed to work 9 hrs today so I hope the day goes fast! What are you up to?

I'm about to head to class...then I get to come back and add 4 pages to an 8 page paper then turn it all in...

I'm a History major, so the papers never end. I actually get to work on a 13 page paper this weekend...so yeah...

But I probably won't have fun in the class...we're having a "review" for the final and were having to "teach" the class ourselves...

Teach yourself? Sounds like a college I know, Hampshire College. I went to Smith College, ever heard of that one? It's a women's college. I would ask you where you are going but I am hesitant to do so. Privacy can be a huge issue as I have found out from my avatar gender thread. I did not know there were so many opinions and views and ways of looking at gender. It's gotten rather long but I am avoiding it because it got more complex than I meant it to be, hehe. ^__^

I'm actually going to Western Carolina University in North Carolina...

And it was supposed to be us reviewing everything from past exams. But we ended up just making powerpoint presentations for the rest of the class to review from.

Western Carolina University, I had not heard of that one though I am familiar with some of the southern universities. What do you like most about your school? What part of history do you find most interesting?

So it sounds like a productive task at least. Making a powerpoint for others must be useful for both. I find it is so at any rate. Makes me learn my subject better.

I like the fact that there is NOTHING around. Like it's in the mountains so it's really pretty and all that jazz, but yeah.

Oh don't bother about that thread it is all very interesting but it got way deeper than I meant. Anyhow I love the mountains, I would probably be very happy where you are...as long as there is internet I can take rustic. XD And maybe you get more work done? Who knows. What period is your field of interest?

Any period actually, as long as it's not American I'm good. I hate US history, it's just kind of boring.

Well your major sounds really cool. I would have loved to study history but I went into science instead. I hope I can hear more about it sometime. :) I have to do some reports now (very boring!) so I better get on them. I'll ttyl!

Lols. I used to be a Chemistry Major with a concentration in Biotechnology and a Biology Minor. I now how reports are. I switched because college made me hate what I loved in High School, and love what I hated...
