@Choco, if it hurts that bad you can limit yourself to one meal a day but if you have high pain tolerence and it doesn't truely bother you, eat away.

i have a high internal tolerance which is why i made it worse and ate yesterday XD

Choco, if it makes it worse limit your eating. The average human body can survive a week without food. And can you tell me whats wrong I'll probably be able to give better suggestions that way.
