Dihydrogen monoxide is water, but is satirically made to seem super dangerous and toxic. <x} hehe. If anything it'll turn your cocoa bean grounds into a dark liquid at high temperatures, a liquid that's high in caffeine. :] Which is coffee!

"Das not a funny joke," Derpy says as he crossed his arms, pouting grumpily.

I just found out you can have the bubbles for a screensaver on Windows 10 that's like the old Vista one. ;U; The colorful bubbles that come from the bottom left corner of the screen! Aa! <x'D I'm sorry I just miss those so much for some reason and only barely figured out they were there haha!

I miss the pipes screensaver.

GNOME 3 (and by extension, Ubuntu) dropped screensavers entirely, saying people don't need them anymore and that turning off the display panel is better.

But when were fancy animated screensavers ever about NEEDING them? Black works just fine for actually saving the screen.

And now a third cyclist gets killed within a 2 day period.

On the anniversary of my cousin-in-law's death... which was due to a motorcycle accident...

I feel like the "reward" system of having to do chores before you could watch cartoons as a child has, instead of teaching me good cleaning habits for adulthood has left me with a "why bother" mentality. "Why bother washing the dishes tonight? I won't get anything for it." I feel like I should have rewards for accomplishing things, but as an adult, I can "reward" or treat myself to things without needing to finish a chore.

But seriously, I really do need to work om cleaning my apartment so that it's all caught up eventually...

Coda 08-14-2019 08:22 PM

I mean, you do get something for it: You get a kitchen that you can work in. If it doesn't bother you... I mean, you're an adult now. That's your prerogative.

Kaderin Triste 08-14-2019 08:24 PM

Lolol. My kitchen is tiny af and has almost zero counter space, so I can't really work in it anyway...

KittyBeary 08-14-2019 08:44 PM

Old screensavers are the best :c

Flying out of the sun
The smell of toast is in the air
When there's a job to be done
The Flying Toasters will be there!
And it's flap! flap! flap!
Now help is on the way
A victory song they si-ing
We pop up to save the day
On flying toaster wings!

Visiting all those pokestops in Pokémon Go makes me feel as if I'm discovering my own city for the very first time.

Coda 08-15-2019 09:15 AM

That's the point. :) And that's why companies pay money to get their places featured as PokeStops.

Death by Mirrors 08-15-2019 09:25 AM

*nods* I'm merely surprised how many quirky details I never really noticed

Stabbsworth 08-15-2019 11:03 AM
