no more words were spoken until they were eating and even then it was only to comment on the meal so by the time they were ready to leave he was left in a funk and wanted to go home, there was time still yet before then however so his unhappiness showed through as a sulk

He stopped walking suddenly struck by an idea. "Zosa! why not set up a video feed and have the crew of Plyae be our guest to our Wedding. Either that or get married on Mars?" He said pulling the captured hand to his lips.

his meloncholy was thrown at the unexpexted words and he could only stare as the other explained himself further


(sorry, just reiterate and he will get a small smile, kiss felix and agree that is a wonderful idea. they can live-feed the wedding to everyone so only two people have to show and there can still be a massive invite)

He twisted reaching out to Zosa. "We should set up a video feed and stream the wedding ... or have it on mars." He said gaining a small growing smile and the soft whisper of his name before it melted into a kiss. He pulled Zosa close inside his arms. Happy for the compromise.

for the first time since coming to russia sleep eluded him and much to his surprise it seemed that the other was having issues as well. as he lay there he felt the weight of felix leave him and silently he turned his head to watch as the other settled in and turned on the laptop

As usual the professor could not sleep. It was hard to tell if it was excitement or anxiousness now that kept him awake. It reminded him of the prelude to meeting Zosa. He had heard so much about the boy and did not want him to share in his glory. Now he could not live with out him. He found himself looking into the cost of the streaming broadcast all the way to Playe and what other locations would be good to hold nuptials on earth.

(If Zosa comes over and rest his head on the professors shoulders, the professor will simply pull him into his arms and they can search for things together.)

when his curiosity won out over respecting felix's privacy he slid from the bed and came over, as he touched the other he was pulled into the arms and settled on top of the skinny lap. he offered a kiss before looking to the screen and smiled, "i am positive uncle will cover anything though there will be several hours lag bouncing signals so don't bother getting two-way"

Wrapping his arm around the other he pulled him until he sank into his lap. "I am glad you are awake." He said nuzzling the other as he held him. "I can not make heads or tells of this technology language but I wanted to start some of the planning since I could not sleep."

smiling sweetly he let himself be cuddled for a few moments longer before answering, "if you don't mind i think i would be able to set it up. it is not really so hard if it is planned just so. it will cement a date at least"

He smiled letting his head fall to the mans mid section. "Then the only other questions are when and where and who the two individuals are." He paused closing one window and bringing up another one. "... Zosa I wanted to show you this yesterday." He said showing him the image of the small cottage he was fondest of anxiously wondering how the boy would receive it.

blinking he realized he knew this place, happily he smiled and pressed his cheek to the other man's face, "i used to play there when i was young"

It seemed his heart naturally found a winner, and silently he closed the tabs to the other properties he was looking at on the island. "Then tell me more about it." He said letting his head fall into the mans chest.

"it is very quiet and there is an old date-plum growing next to the kitchen... there is red and pink tile all over the place and i think it used to be whitewashed....there is wood on the floor but it was graffitied by boys and girls, myself and zayats included, and it has a cellar that does not open and metal bed-frames in some of the rooms, i don't know who used to own it since it has been empty for so long but it was a wonderful secret place." twisting so that they were facing he wrapped his arms around the other, "i would love to live there"

He smiled. "And I have one more to show you." He said pulling up a screen of a square surrounded by snow. It was a near replica of their shared tent except a few more meters of space and the cascading snow. "This one is father north but not to far from a small town with a tram to a major city. It is in Russia."

his brows raised and before he could ask the other nodded and pictures of the inside popped up. there were differences for sure but the likeness was enough to pull at his throat and tearing up he started to cry

He assumed he had done a terrible thing, until his lungs were crushed by the weight of heavy arms. He nuzzled, Zosa fondly as he smothered. "This time we wont need tanks, and I have more then 9 months to teach you how to play guitar. If we stay. Either way the space is ours."

pressing his nose against felix's he pecked a kiss, then a second, then a third, "i love you so much! felix liakos, you wont have the energy to teach me guitar for at least a week if you promise you will take me there soon, i missed the tent, i really did and the thought of having you all to myself sound more like a dream than anything"

The feeling of excitement and joy was contagious, and as soon as he had a little wiggle room he found himself taking Zosa's hand. He rubbed his cheek along the side of the hand before kissing the palm. "We can go, as soon as we can get there, though I need to contact the Realtor and get the key first." He said twisting his head slightly so his kisses turned into a gentle bite along the mans index finger.

his reply was lost at the nip and instead of words he only offered a soft gasp and pressed himself against the other

Their love making moved to the giant plush bed and once they had expelled their passion they found themselves falling asleep in each others arms. The professor did not rouse again until late that after noon. He had come to except the phantom food as it appeared on tray on the desk ready for he and Zosa. He lay against the sleeping man, waiting for him to wake.

he dreamed of houses and of childhood and when he woke the sun was already high enough it could not bee seen through the windows. turning his face to the other side he saw felix looking at him in that contemplative way , he smiled. "good morning felix"

He did not answer, instead he pushed himself upwards for a kiss. He smiled as he pulled his lips back from the others. "Good morning Zosa." Falling back down he rested his head just below Zosa's chin.

the words were sweet and the man's warm body was pleasurable. smiling softer now he let his arms wrap around felix, "what are you thinking of so intently?"

For a long time he said nothing then finally. "Lets go for a walk Zosa."

the warm mood left with those strangely spoken words and feeling dread in his stomach he quietly moved from the bed to get dressed for going outside

The professors eyes went aloft as he noticed the change in Zosa's face. He shook his head with a kind smile. "I am not sure what you are thinking but I wanted to stay in shape. And I can not go outside with out getting lost."

the 'oh' left him without any consent from his brain nor did the flush of shame that was quick to follow it. he kept his eyes averted, "i am sorry....i.. i don't know. ok, let's go for a walk felix"

He smiled. "Unless you wish for me to be spirited away." He said reaching out and taking Zosa's hand. "Besides there is too much to think about, it is making my head hurt. I would rather not think about it."

he said nothing to that and remained mute until they made it back into the shelter of the woods. turning his head he looked at the other and gave a soft smile. he was not certain how he felt about this walk. on the one hand it was only a walk, on the other hand the way it was abruptly brought up and demanded without the professor's usual enthusiasm bothered him. trying to keep the tone light he spoke up, "felix, i am pregnant"

(oh cho that was such a bad tease xD -shakes head- Especially since this is the one rp where a child would work. )

His eyes grew wide before reality reminded him of what would never be. Smiling softly he turned towards Zosa. His fingers rubbed over the boys stomach before dropping to one knee, pressing soft lips to his stomach. "I think I felt it kicking." He said fondly.

the joke misfired though the kiss gave him a moment of desire to actually have a child for the other to kiss, "it is a boy, i am thinking of calling him felix after his father"

Though he had hopped for a little Maya he kissed the belly again. "You are very bad with names, Electra and now this." He chuckled. "I think he would prefer a stronger name like Zosa or Zara." The professor twisted his head, resting it on the flat stomach and started to hum.

he remained standing there absolutely still but for a hand against felix's head, stroking the man's hair until the song was over at which point he found himself sinking down to felix's level, "i am so sorry, i love you so much but i could never give you a child"

He looked into the earth staring back at him. They had spoke about this many times. The professor knew about the biological implications, the family honor and every reason the boy always shook his head. Gently stroking the chin he kissed Zosa on his forehead. "I know." He said softly.

there was silence after that and though it was melancholic it was not a bad silence an it gave him time to reflect and come to an understanding

His hopes of finding more exotic creatures like the frog, was quickly fading instead he was content to have Zosa's hand as they walked in silence. It was broken by the other clearing his throat and asking him politely if they could wait until they got back to Mars before getting married. The professor paused. The question was answered only by the professor curling his finger into his chin in thought. He was not sure he wanted to go back to Mars. They would have two houses here on earth. Going back only meant facing all of his failures again. He turned to Zosa. “Is that really what you want?”

shaking his head he tightened his grip on the hand captured in his, "no, what i want is to have been engaged back on the maialynne so that you and i would be married now but i love you more than i love the idea of being married and i know you need more time. i will do this because it would be the best thing for you, felix. i love you"

Many times his mouth opened, only to close again with out a sound. His eyes found the ground before he could speak again. “Zosa, what if I do not want to go back to space? There is nothing on Mars say for a contractor waiting to develop it. He closed his eyes thinking of the view from space, his first love. How red the planet was, as if it were pulsing with rivers of blood. The other thing caught him off guard. “I am sorry Zosa, I was not ready for the emotional attachment. … “He brought the hand to his lips. Softly speaking he said “I do love you.”

he felt tight-throated at the weight behind the man's words as much as the cruelty of words themselves though and frowning pulled the other to him in a hug, "i am so sorry. you don't have to go to space either and i am so sorry i am rushing you, just- j-just let's pretend i did not say anything ok? it will be like it did not happen..."

He didn't understand why the other was so upset except it was his fault. Rather in facing the eventual tears that made him a bastard, the professor simply opened his mouth, closed it turned and walked away.
