Leo still dazed and injured went back into the restaurant without a word and went to sleep on the couch. Still wondering what had happened today and why.

Lance watched as Leo made his way past him and into the restaurant. Lance looked at noelle and frowned "I take it you saw all of that?" Lance looked down at his wounds his words became stuttered and his hands shaky "T-Thats not who i am you know?" He was hoping to get a response but he doubted it

Who would want to talk to someone who turned into a beast when he was stressed. No one that's who lance walked his way to the edge of the building thinking to himself as he looked down [That's a real long drop..]

Darc noticed Lance was up and hopped down from the edge carrying his cloak in his right hand. "So your finally up." He said as he walked over to Lance his pale skin seemed bright in the moonlight.

Noelle watches Lance for a few moments than shrugs, "Hey, it's cool. Doesn't matter to me if you change into a beast and go a killing spree, we all have things we can't control."

Lance shook his head and sorta smiled at the Noelle's comment. He wasn't sure whether she was being serious or not but he was happy that she was at least trying to be nice about it. "S-so do you like the R-restaurant" Lance looked over at Noelle while saying but couldn't keep eye contact for more than a few seconds before looking away at Darc "Errm.. Hello, Are you okay?"

"Yea im fine." Darc said with a smile, "How about you... your wounds seem to be better." He said as he sat with his legs hanging over the edge.

Noelle glances at Darc as Lance says something to him, "It's different, that's for sure. Alot better than some places I stayed in growing up, but than, if anyone calls a foster home a paradise, than they need some serious help."

Lance looked down at his wounds then back at darc "Don't worry about them i deserve the wounds" Lance the looked over at Noelle once more actually managing to keep eye contact with her but barely he began to blush he nodded his head at her comment "Yes, well it beats living on your own all your life. At least try it out at Charlie's i cant say i have known her for long but i have known of her and she seems nice" was lance really being this horribly shy around this girl? He was beating himself up inside for it, Other city girls flirted with him constantly and he had no problem talking to them.

Darc sensed the tension, "Well im gonna get some sleep see you two tomorrow." He said as he left. He entered through the window grabbing a cot and layed down.

"Night." Noelle says to Darc as he leaves.

"I'll give it a try," Noelle shrugs, "No promises, I'm not someone who tends to stick around a place that long. I made a promise to my sister years ago, when I got out of foster care, I would track her down again."
Noelle moves to the edge and looks down, "I am sure she is but I usually don't do well around nice folks, most seem nice but when your not their own flesh and blood, those smiles fade away and their hearts turn to ice. That's when you see what the vultures they really are. Seen many girls take their own lives in foster care rather than being place with a family." Noelle's eyes cloud over, lost in her thoughts.

Lance did quite know what to say he never had a home nor a family so its not like he could relate but there was one thing he did know. Not everyone was the same lance walked next to the women and sat down with his legs dangling off the edge

"Well, You can never trust a person if you don't give them a chance right? I know all to well about the human life and how people back stab one another. But there not all like that Believe it or not the mercenary Group i used to belong to they were my friends." He looked up into the sky thinking of the various people he called his friends "Maybe i could help you find your sister" Lance looked up at noelle and smiled but it wasn't a fake smile oddly enough it was real

"I have been from town to town maybe i know her or something about her" he unraveled his tails and smirked looking at them "I mean that is as long as you don't mind a mangy fox helping you around"

Noelle frowns, "What happened to this group of yours?" she folds her hands over her chest, "My sister's name is Collette, last time I saw her, she had short black hair and was a few inches shorter than me." a small sigh escapes her lips, "If you wish to help. Probably by now, she's forgotten about me, I would of if I had been in her shoes. Who wants it known your twin is a psycho?"

Lance frowned hearing the question. "Oddly enough i dont remember.. I remember all of them quite clearly.. One morning i woke up in the outskirts of this town a way different place from where i fell asleep. Every since then ive been searching" He stood up with his hands in his pocket and looked at Noelle with a serious but cheerful expression "Well you don't know until you try. Maybe she's looking for you as well. Right now as we speak."

"I'm sorry to hear that. It must be awful to just wake up and find everything gone," she pauses, brushing a tear out of her eye, hoping Lance won't notice it, "And yes, I don't know til I try."

Leo, finally awakening gave a long yawn. He checked his equipment and realised he'd need to buy more ninja tools for his pouch. Upon seeing Lance and the unknown woman he decided to see what was up. "Hey guys.. what did I miss?"

Lance at first noticed the tear and frowned "Did I say something to upset you?" But then he heard he repeat what he had just said his tail sorta waged but he held it down trying not to let Noelle notice it "Im glad to hear you say that. So where should we start looking?" the smiling appearing back on his face.

He also noticed that Leo had jumped up onto the roof. He noticed several wounds around the boys body then looked away. he could not bare to even attempt to apologize to the boy he deserved no forgiveness for what he had done.

Noticing Lance looking away, Leo gave a smile. "What? Are you still upset over our little battle?" he said jokingly. "That was quite fun, we should do it again sometime. Um, without the whole transformation thing." He added in quickly.

"Oh no, it's fine." Noelle could feel a little blush, this dude was just as crazy as she was, could she be developing feelings for him?

She frowns at Leo, "Do you think that little battle is a game?" she narrows her eyes, "Or is the death of innocents quite amuse you?"

He noticed Noelle blushing and slightly chuckled under his breathe doing the same "Are you sure? i don't wanna offend you in any way"

Lance walked over to Leo at first he smiled realizing he was okay. "It depends are you fighting for amusement or honor next time?" He said smiling waiting for a reply

"No, it's fighting that amuses me. I have no wish to discuss this further. After all, their deaths were a accident, never intentional.." he said looking away towards the direction of the plaza.

Taking into consideration Lance's question. "I guess amusement honestly. I have no idea what honor you speak of." Leo said haughtily.

Noelle waves his question away, "If I wasn't, I would of pushed you off the building already." before frowning at Leo and not answering.

Lance laughed at her threat. then immediately snapped back at Leo. "You need to know the difference between honor and amusement it will help you in the long run" Lance Smacked the back of Leos head and walked over to the edge of the build looking at Noelle "So are you gonna push me yet?" he said with the smiling returning to his face.

Frowning at the girl, he shrugged. "Maybe one day I'll learn, Lance." He said unsure of himself." "I'll give you two some privacy. I'm heading into town to buy more ninja tools. I will be back shortly." he said as he jumped off the building into the alley.

Noelle watches Leo jump down, finally they were alone and turning her attention to Lance. A smirk crosses her face, "I don't know. Don't want to crush your fighting partner, do I?"

Lance laughed at the comment and stepped away from the ledge. "My fighting partner what do you mean" Lance walked up next to noellle and sat down next to her with his hands holding him up and his tails folded around his waist.

"The guy who doesn't know how to fight with honor." Noelle smirks, before feeling a slight blush creep on her cheeks, she felt like kissing him..

"Oh, the boy, Ya more like a punching bag" He laughed at himself then looked up at Noelle noticing her blush. "are you okay? are you feeling sick" He said lance was normally completely oblivious to girls that weren't constantly flirting with him.

"Yea, I'm fine." Noelle laughs at what Lance says, "I don't think he views it that way through."

As Leo landed safely in the alley, made sure he wasn't being followed, then threw down a smoke pellet. He ran towards central plaza the direction of Muramasa's secret shop. Once he had reached the plaza, he looked around. No one could be seen. He crossed over into the forest, not far from where the river was. He stopped near a large oak tree.

"This must be the tree!" Leo said out loud to himself. He knocked on the tree several times in rhythm. Suddenly, the tree trunk opened and revealed itself to be a elevator. Leo grinned. "That never gets old.." He said to himself as he walked into the elevator.

Lance stands up and looks into the sky he was kinda nervous around this girl he wasn't sure why "Can i show you something?" the smile on his face even bigger "There's a place not far from here completely void of human life near a forest, From there you can see every star in the sky"

Darc woke from his sleep still hours from morning and went to the kitchen. He opened the fridge to find something to eat. He grabbed a small block that was left of cheese and grabbed some jerkey he had in his cloak. "This will be a good midnight snack," he said as he lay back down and ate.

"That sounds lovely." Noelle responds, "I would love a spot where all the stars can be seen."

Lance nodded and smiled "Are you sure? i have to carry you half way and last time you seemed as if you thought i was going to drop you" He laughed and looked back up at the stars "i dont know what it is about the stars but they make me happy"

"No, I was making sure you weren't being a perv and trying to steal my undies." Noel replies, "And yea, I am."

Lance rolls his eyes then laughs gently picked Noelle up on his back and jumping from roof top to roof top heading towards the forest on the edge of town. "I promise ill only drop you once" He said teasingly as the continued Lance reached the edge of the city and jumped down to the edge of the forest and let her down gently "Are you okay? I didnt scare you to much did I?"

As Leo descended down the tree, the elevator finally gave way to Muramasa's shop. A shop every adventurer and ninja knew of. A place to buy ninja tools, supplies, armor, swords, everything you could think of. "Hey Muramasa!" He said cheerfully. "........." Muramasa said nothing, only stared at Leo. "Ok.. then.. well, I need: Shuriken, Kunai, Paper Bombs, Senbon, and some candy!" he said excitedly.

"Your total is 1,200 yen." Muramasa said mechanically. Leo forked over the yen and began stuffing the items in his pouch, "Thanks Muramasa!!" He yelled as he went back up the elevator.

The scenery of the forest took Noelle's breath away, who would of thought a place like this existed so close to the city. "Nope, I'm not scared." she grins, "But are you? Out here alone with little old me?" It was now or ever, here they wouldn't be interrupted and oh, what the hell did she have to lose?
Before Lance should do anything else, she leans up and presses her lips to his.

Lance was in shock he wasn't quite sure what to do. He wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her in closer kissing her back then turning Dark red from blush. He was speechless he wasn't really sure what to say about what just happened all he knew is that he really liked it. "U-umm" He was being an idiot he was frozen yet again by a women

Leo ascended the tree and made his way back outside. It was night time now and the moon had come out. "Kinda pretty..." he said tranced. He walked through the plaza and back to the restaurant. "Hmm.. I hope Charlie's making something good for dinner.." he said out loud as his stomach grumbled. Making his way into the restaurant and sitting down in a chair.

Darc sat up and looked over at Leo. "Out strolling the town again?" He asked.
