Alright. I suppose I'm not guessing the correct number anytime soon - there might be something incredibly simple we all overlook. But for now, I'll try to find a way back into Glitch's maze... and I'm going to take one of the books from the lair with me. If I run into zombies, I can at least read them a story.

they're not! but they taste good anyway!! on the plus side, this whole digging thing is surprisingly easy, even without a shovel. on the down side, it's not long before your digging gives you a big surprise. a big, wormy surprise. you dug up a giant worm with smaller worms for fingers! will you try fighting? run away? gently cover it back up with dirt like nothing happened? offer it a cheese nip? say hi? |

mdom on the other hand seems to be trying to dig you two out without being able to reach the ceiling first. that's a bit worrying. Gizzie: cheese nip has been lost! giant worm friend has been acquired! really gross, slimy hand has also been acquired. ew. it looks like the worm is tentative, but interested in you. would you like to strengthen this fragile bond the two of you have formed? ask it nicely to help you dig the rest of the way? or try to learn its wormy language so you can be one with its people? |

You go right! the path quickly turns right again and you walk for quite a ways. Suddenly a gate closes behind you. You can see the lock has been picked before so there is now extra locks. It will take you 4 hours to pick your way free! When you resume you may go left or right from your last location. Den - you go straight! and find a bunch of baby kittens! You need to get them to safety! You can resume from this spot in 3 hours kittybeary - you go right! The path winds a bit and then you get some new options. Go straight? Go right again? Go back? |
