╔═════════════════════════════════╗ (｡◕‿◕｡) I'm on meds for my OCD and anxiety disorders and depression and we ran out of them 3 months ago and my husband was out of work. So we had to file for support from the county and it took until July to get Wisconsin medical assistance in order for me to get my meds. I'm finally back on them. When I'm off I'm really depressed and only want to sleep and stare at walls. So I'm slowly getting back to my normal self. Soon I will start cross stitching again too. ╚═════════════════════════════════╝ |

dude, i have all those problems too, pretty bad if the doctors are to be believed but i don't take meds haha, you could try to destract yourself, it helps if you /make/ yourself try though maybe that was just me^^: |

I realized I needed help and I couldn't do it anymore by myself without meds. He touched my mouth with his hand and that set me off. I've had OCD since I was a child and only got help for it just recently, like a few years ago. ╚═════════════════════════════════╝ |

╔═════════════════════════════════╗ (｡◕‿◕｡) I used to think meds was wrong and I shouldn't go on them because a doctor says I need them. I kept my son off of meds for as long as I could before he started to get majorly worse that meds was the only thing I could think would help his behaviour. They calmed him down some. With me I don't get upset anymore and if anything happens with my OCD I can handle it without freaking out screaming and crying and wanting to hurt myself. Something I have a history of since I was a teen. >.>; I was one messed up kid growing up. ╚═════════════════════════════════╝ |
