well actually, any dark colour will bring out the brightness of a brighter toned colour.

yep but black is the most used ^^

true XD Though I tend to like black since it keeps me warm in the winter and is a more muted colour to wear....my fav colours are black, crimson, any other type of red, and silver/white.

The room reveals Devon's identity to Dooley, and one of Devon's manuscripts reveals that he intends to make Dooley suffer for his words.
