I knows, but One Tree Hill was one of our favorite shows as a family. (We've spent 9 seasons watching it together as a family [one of the few shows we ALL enjoyed]) So yeah, it was perfect for us.

Never watched that show. Too busy playing videogames and watching anime.

Lols. We started watching it because it was filmed in Wilmington, NC (we live in NC) and my mom had gone to a conference in Wilmington and saw it being filmed (she also brought me back a script from the scene she saw filmed)!

Ooh, nice! My theatre instructor in high school was in the third LotR movie! She got to be an extra while she was in New Zealand on vacation. She's one of the orcs in the final battle. You can actually see her jump over a dead horse if you freeze frame!

Her husband was an extra in Goblet of Fire. He was one of the wizards at the World Cup.

Lols. I was able to loose weight while still eating a lot of pasta. I've been taking vitamin B-12 shots which boost metabolism! It was brilliant!!!

By simply taking the B-12 and by making my portions smaller (and a minimal amount of exercise) I've been able to go from a size 18 pants to a 12 in less than a year.

o.o But... Reyo does not like needles... spent too much time around them already.

You can also find B-12 in pill form. It just works faster and lasts a whole week with the shots. The pills end up being needed daily.

I'm fine with pills. I can just add it to my daily pill pack. *takes daily meds for heart problems anyway*

B-12 is actually good for that. It also improves mood. And if you end up taking too much, you just end up peeing it out.
