for true hipsters
the ones with money but choose to look like hobos

Biomecha 11-29-2018 02:48 AM

It seems like they would prefer to be seen at the coffee shops than making it at home.

mdom 11-29-2018 06:37 AM

The classes are for the ones who like to brag at coffee shops. 'when I do it...'

Biomecha 11-30-2018 04:56 PM

Heh, that's probably true. I could have learned how to do rainbow latte art, though.

mdom 11-30-2018 06:27 PM

A few hundred are definitely NOT a waste of your money if it's to learn anything rainbow.

Biomecha 11-30-2018 06:58 PM

I'll just watch YouTube tutorials for you. And mail it to you when ready.

mdom 11-30-2018 07:11 PM

mail it to me frozen inside some hermetic case?

Biomecha 11-30-2018 08:01 PM

We might need some liquid nitrogen to preserve the rainbow foam, but even then it might not last.

mdom 11-30-2018 08:19 PM

new plan - invent longer lasting foam!!!

Biomecha 11-30-2018 08:47 PM

Would shaving cream be good enough?

mdom 11-30-2018 08:56 PM

Shaving cream lasts less than foam!!
I think
never tried sending it

Biomecha 11-30-2018 09:13 PM

Umm, let's see. I'll take molecular gastronomy courses because they love their foams. Maybe there will be one that can be preserved.

mdom 11-30-2018 10:54 PM

Less hipster and more nerd.
I approve! Also you'll be making very expensive gourmet food.

Biomecha 12-01-2018 12:43 AM

It will have to be because the classes are probably even more expensive. But learning how to create a floating black sphere of charcoal infused flizzlebit reduction that oozes rainbow once you pop it and tastes like the ocean with notes of berry and citrus and Earth will be worth it.

mdom 12-01-2018 02:57 PM

Why did you have to make me hungry
even though I read 'pop' as 'poop'
especially after I read 'pop' as 'poop'

Biomecha 12-01-2018 04:33 PM

I don't think I actually listed anything that was an actual food. And the poop...uh. Are you on one of those shows where people eat things that aren't actually food? Like toilet paper.

mdom 12-01-2018 08:53 PM

Isn't berry a food? I mean, many foods.

uh eating the skin around the nail is /that/ weird?

Biomecha 12-01-2018 09:23 PM

Just berry "notes" in the made up food. Because you've got to describe the notes to make it sound like you know what you're doing.

It's probably not that strange, and better than some of the things others might do.

mdom 12-01-2018 10:16 PM

oooh kinda like those wine connaisseurs that feel hints and notes of wood.

My stomach hurts with tomato sauce, let alone trying... inedible stuff

Biomecha 12-01-2018 10:46 PM

Yeah, it's used for a lot of foods.

Is it the acid?

mdom 12-01-2018 10:49 PM

Yes, but it's only developed in recent years. I think my body can't handle meds + red sauce all together.

Biomecha 12-01-2018 10:59 PM

Ah, some medications seem to irritate stomach linings.

I think my digestive system is pretty determined to fail all together.

mdom 12-01-2018 11:09 PM

D: why, have you been eating nails and screws again

Biomecha 12-01-2018 11:22 PM

Uh, it's been quite the process trying to figure it out. But I take acids and enzymes to process my food. If I don't, there's extreme pain. The doctor hasn't been very helpful even though he did find gallstones.

mdom 12-01-2018 11:27 PM

ouch D: that must hurt tons, Bio.

I guess if you needed anymore proof you're a robot... kinda like ScarJo trying to eat cake in that movie.

Biomecha 12-01-2018 11:55 PM

Which movie? Maybe she really is a robot since she seems to play a lot of non-humans.

mdom 12-02-2018 12:25 AM

And she can change races.

Uhh Under the skin.

Biomecha 12-02-2018 12:49 AM

Ah, I haven't seen that one. "Disguising herself as a human female." Same.

mdom 12-02-2018 12:54 AM

Oh I thought that one was better than Lucy, at least.

Biomecha 12-02-2018 01:01 AM

Maybe I'll try it. With ones like Lucy, I just hate it when characters become omnipotent.

mdom 12-02-2018 10:33 AM

Yeah, there's not where to go from that...

Biomecha 12-02-2018 04:36 PM

Everything winds up being fixable or undoable. It's partly why I find superhero things hard to get into, because many of them seem to have too many powers. And where do the superheros that wind up with goofy powers go? Like in Misfits.

mdom 12-02-2018 06:47 PM

They go to Deadpool's team!

hehe it's the main complaint in The Flash subreddit. Since it's the 5th season, they're running out of ways to make speed solve crimes.

Biomecha 12-02-2018 08:06 PM

So telling him to be more faster isn't working out? I stopped watching around the time they started messing with timelines.

mdom 12-02-2018 10:03 PM

His daughter came from the future, so they're still messing with timelines |D guess like daughter like father.

Biomecha 12-02-2018 10:30 PM

When they start having multiple timelines, I can't help but wonder what's going on in the others. There's probably more interesting things happening.

mdom 12-02-2018 10:40 PM

This season the crossover with Arrow is gonna be a different timeline, where Barry is the Arrow and Oliver is the Flash or something like that. It's contaminating other series!!!

Biomecha 12-03-2018 12:57 AM

I like how Arrow has gotten bad enough that the subreddit has Daredevil discussions instead.

mdom 12-03-2018 05:26 PM

Nooo that reminds me that daredevil was cancelled D:

Biomecha 12-03-2018 07:04 PM

At least there's still Jessica Jones? Or if you haven't seen Boardwalk Empire, you can get more Charlie Cox.
