For some reason my lower back has been hurting suddenly since yesterday I tried to pop my back and my roommate message it but it hurts really bad, simple task of bending over squatting or even sitting hurts lifting is just as bad I can't lift anything or hold anything up with out it hurting so bad. I am the manry-est of men! |
