Usually you just pick a weather phenomenon and tell Cron thats the one you want to be.

Yes for example, Kami is the Knight of Lightening. I am the Blizzard knight.
Some Knights have speciality titles that they made up themselves that fit better for example, Rose is the Rose knight.

Technically I believe it's supposed to be a natural disaster. There are some titles available on the first page or you can make one up (but it has to be a real thing)
