well if he sides with james then he pisses off his sister, if he asks james to be reasonable they go find another room, if he tells james to get off then they will be back to where they were when she was getting kicked out

no because leslie will not interfere, on the one hand he agrees with nessa, on the other she is stepping in where she does not belong in a way that is /not/ acceptable(she is being aggressive at james)

Bah. Well he really does not want to upset his sister, since he was the one to persuade her to fly out in the first place, and James promised to be good. Like you mentioned it is not entirely his fault, since Eros' wriggling and stuff turned on le vamping. He does not want to make James upset because he has been trying really hard to make the trip workable and comfortable for his sister. It is a fine line between the two, but he would try to compromise
