Biomecha 11-23-2018 05:43 PM

I would have thought you already had that one. The gradients are nice on it.

mdom 11-23-2018 05:45 PM

I do, now I'm wearing the leggings and the rainbow background *____*

Biomecha 11-23-2018 06:12 PM

I'll obviously be making use of the black and white versions.

You also look ready for the Rainbowpocalypse.

mdom 11-23-2018 06:14 PM

D: why do I keep forgetting there are those options

I'm ready to bring the rainbowpocalypse.

Biomecha 11-23-2018 06:35 PM

You're probably incapable of remembering anything greyscale.

You're always ready! You probably have a secret room that is loaded up with rainbow gear. Including a custom rainbow assault rifle.

mdom 11-23-2018 06:42 PM

Hey I'll tell you I have watched Charlie Chaplin ok

but insted of bullets, rainbows!

Biomecha 11-23-2018 08:00 PM

Is it the tally scene?

That actually might be scarier.

mdom 11-23-2018 08:09 PM

I watched a whole movie!! And it didn't even have sound.

No, that'll be HAPPINESS

Biomecha 11-23-2018 08:20 PM

Which one? I think I've seen a few as a kid. But would hardly remember anything by now.

mdom 11-23-2018 09:01 PM

Modern Times, the one with Smile at the end

Biomecha 11-23-2018 09:22 PM

I'm not familiar with that one. Although it kind of sounds like some of his others.

mdom 11-23-2018 09:35 PM

It's the one with the infamous scene
https://thumbs.gfycat.com/SmartMixed...restricted.gif

and when he leaves the factory he's still doing the hand motions

Biomecha 11-23-2018 10:49 PM

Somehow managed to not be aware of that one but found the scene. The woman with the bolt buttons was asking for it!

mdom 11-23-2018 11:02 PM

hehe modern button shape for that time and even now, I'd say.

Biomecha 11-24-2018 12:54 AM

I wonder who had the fun of figuring out the placement.

uhhhh I'll take the bullets instead

mdom 11-24-2018 12:01 PM

maybe Chaplin himself

and ROOD, espy

Biomecha 11-24-2018 03:51 PM

Espy and I will just have to find the person who developed those glasses that supposedly help people with color blindness to reverse the effect to help against shooting rainbows.

mdom 11-24-2018 04:49 PM

how will you see me then!! I'll be like those guys wearing camo for you

Death by Mirrors 11-24-2018 05:48 PM

I think that's precisely the point. But cheer up, you're forever immortalized in my novel.

Biomecha 11-24-2018 05:59 PM

I'm sure you could pull off a camouflage look pretty well!

mdom 11-24-2018 06:11 PM

https://thumbs.nosto.com/quick/shopi...425f30251d5a/A
I could pull off those leggings!

Aw, I can do fanart of myself now, DbM!

Biomecha 11-24-2018 06:16 PM

Why did they have to put a print on top of another? I might actually be into those if it was just the colorful camouflage without the doodles. Maybe slightly different, but still rainbow, colors.

mdom 11-24-2018 06:25 PM

There are many examples online
Do you think I'd choose the less obnoxious? xD Never.

Biomecha 11-24-2018 08:22 PM

Have you ever considered tie-dying a whole outfit for yourself?

mdom 11-25-2018 01:08 PM

Me? Doing any work?? Never.
I did have a tie-dye shirt that I wore for years until it had some tears.

Biomecha 11-25-2018 04:40 PM

I would like to learn about a good way to dip-dye to do something similar to this:

A rainbow version might actually be nice.

mdom 11-25-2018 04:45 PM

That looks like something I imagine you wearing. Hip, but... where's the color man

Biomecha 11-25-2018 06:13 PM

That's why we have to make a rainbow version for you too. But that one is already the perfect color.

mdom 11-25-2018 09:22 PM

No color can't be the perfect color!
How many times will we discuss this.

Biomecha 11-25-2018 09:34 PM

But what should you call it? Pigment that absorbs light and pigment that is a mix of all colors?

mdom 11-25-2018 09:50 PM

Oh no, you can call them colors, just can't say they're the perfect color.

Biomecha 11-26-2018 12:00 AM

They are to me. What would be perfect to you? Or would you be able to pick one?

mdom 11-26-2018 12:19 AM

Rainbow is definitely a valid color.
Or uh iridescent.

Death by Mirrors 11-26-2018 05:21 AM

This one?
https://i.pinimg.com/originals/0b/da...397328b93a.jpg

Biomecha 11-26-2018 04:45 PM

Iridescent is good enough because it really is amazing.

So they do use a brush technique, but I wonder if you have to do it much dryer to maintain that more splotchy transition between the colors and to prevent them from bleeding together as much.

mdom 11-26-2018 07:57 PM

gimme that shirt >:D

yeah I wouldn't want muddy colors

Biomecha 11-26-2018 09:39 PM

It would be interesting to try and experiment with it, but supplies would add up too quickly. Which seems to be the way for any craft.

mdom 11-26-2018 09:43 PM

that's always the sad part :(

Biomecha 11-28-2018 12:12 AM

Yeah, even classes seem to be getting more and more expensive. I saw one for learning how to make espresso but for amateurs, and it was a few hundred for a couple of days.
