I took thursday off for my moms birthday this week
even though she works at night and I would totally be available for work while she's sleeping XD

ah, very cool. my younger daughter has a concert saturday in the early afternoon. =)

I was a band kid myself XD clarinet and saxaphone until middle school I got into bass clarinet.

she's performing! she plays the flute. it's our county's youth orchestra program. =)

D= I could never get enough of the O formed to function with a flute XD good on her for playing something difficult (in my opinion) XD

she taught me to play the flute too... i just haven't in a while. XD

I really wanted to learn violin and cello but my parents were like that's to expensive and I got a hand me down clarinet from my brothers sister

i played the clarinet in elementary school. took piano lessons until high school, and then got a guitar in high school... which i can kinda still play.

now i play with my crochet hooks. ;)
