i said heathen because a curse-word s what i usually have for people who do what you did and this is a lot bigger than personal opinions, this is something there have been laws made on and the law in most countries state you cannot steal from the legal owners anything that is protected under copyright, screencaps and scans fall under this and that is why you cannot use them without issue. you are stealing and if you don't believe me and if you think it is ok go look at the legal disclaimers on the movies and comics and such and read them. they say right there you /cannot/ use their works without permission(usually written)
what you are asting for is simply not ok and is a rule violation not only on this site but in the country of any place you steal from if you'd like i can give you a million links since copyright and arttheft are something i know a /lot/ about |

Im not familiar with art terms unfortunately i just draw XD what do you mean by scribbly or line? As in Sketching wise? i tend to scribble more i guess i dont like using straight solid lines it takes the life away in my opinion but thats just me

someone stole a commision i drew once, pissed me right the hell off, it was paid for already and everything, they said it was mine but didn't ask me or the owner to use, came across it on accident v.........v golly i was so fucking upset and parinoid. locked my photobucket and put legal stickers on everything for a long while
recently had my work stolen again, they didn't even credit and worse, modified it enough that the moderators couldn't side with either party and let the whole thing drop and natsu, shaded or flat? |

Chocobo: It's happened to me too ( someone even pretended to be me on a random site and was destroying my reputation too, actually ) so I know the feel Dx
I have my photobucket in the same way, with every album password protected and everything. Only reason I'm on DA is because it's the only site my family checks ( and they like to see my progress; something they do to keep slightly in touch with me ) and I've got enough people to back me up that it wont be such a huge problem if something happens. @__@ ( and the 29874298 signatures I hide in my drawings lolol ) I also keep a paranoid stock up of all my .sai versions with all the layers as proof. xD |
Flat generally means without shading. Because shading is meant to make things seem 3D, art without it looks flat.

I was like 15 when it happened, so it about gave me a heart attack when I found someone trying to play it off with my username and my pictures, etc. People thought it was me, even though the person was a jackass and kept getting banned for stupid rude shit. I finally got them permabanned by contacting the admins and giving them proof that they'd stolen my photos and my name and were slathering my reputation in shit. =A=
That was a horrible week. Because I caught about 5 people with my pictures. Eventually abandoned my old DA because that's where all those memories were. e___e Was stressful as shit lol Now I'm just kind of like.. if someone steals, they'll have it bite them in the ass eventually. I've had my presence on the internet for years, and enough people know me by now. No liar gets away with it in the end. Not with something as obvious and well-protected as this. =A= +lets karma do the work most of the time+ It's fun watching it happen. xDD o___o Noodlepudding is an actual thing..? Huh.
