The most pages I done I was like 8..Because this teacher I had Inn middle school we had to write bellwork either a half a page or one, but when students talks she adds a page and grades it as well..

Sad songs usually don't work for me. I usually throw on something if I'm feeling down but upbeat stuff usually makes me feel better or at least ignore my sour mood.

I've got a small case of Isolophobia, which basically means when it gets really silent, I tend to feel as though I'm alone with myself (even if someone is in the room with me). And in these cases I tend to berate myself stupid, so the one thing I have to do is make it less silent, or find something that takes all of my attention. I even have to sleep with music playing, unless of course I can hear someone breathing...

How about this Kali, you make a playlist with upbeat songs to break the silence, and try to remember to use it rather than sad songs? Dunno if it would work. |

Accidents happens...I have this wood that keeps my dog from leaving the room so he won't pee everywhere...My stupid self tend to forget Its there and It falls on my foot. It hurts so much! So far It haven't fallen on me for weeks!
