I plan to save up and just purchase a new labtop when the warranty runs out on the one I am using right now. :/
Esp. if I get into the course I am wanting, I really want to get a labtop with Mircosoft Word on it. I am using a different program right now but it doesn't always save in a file that Mircosoft can read. |

I would love one of those smaller labtops but since I am quite a gamer, I need one with quite a bit of memory.
I currently have a older model dell which has been chewed on my cat and has other dings in it but is in good working condition. I will probably list it for sale after I get my new one. I just need to start putting money aside. |
My friend's mom has a tiny laptop. c; It's an acer, too. Not sure how much memory is on it, though...
Doesn't the amount of memory a computer has like... depend on the size of the hard drive or something? Or is it that the bigger the laptop, the bigger the hard drive? o3o Sorry if I seem to be speaking like an idiot. I'm still in the process of waking up. XD |
*chuckles* I've actually had two laptops, but since I got my mac I have loved it. PCs don't quite agree with me so well except for certain games. As for memory a computer has, depends on how you are meaning it. Storage space = hard drive. Generally, when someone says memory they mean the RAM which is the memory that programs access to run outside of their storage on the hard drive.
I think I explained that right, it's in my head, but explaining doesn't always translate out right. |

I have a school provided macbook. <3 I love it, even if it has it's crappy moments. Like... I was just about to print out a table for a test I had just finished in my last class, and it froze up. I was freaking out, too. D; A lot of people don't like the macs we have cause they are crappy. We're having to use them for four years, so they're bound to get worn out. And when the seniors graduate, the next years freshman get their laptops... I think the new school that's being built is gonna be getting new macs for all of the students there... It's gonna have the student body of three schools going to it, too... Wow... seems like I started to rant... >w<;; hehe... My bad. owo |
My man just asked for an external hard drive. Maybe I won't get that lappytop after all.

I use to have three PCs before the first labtop. The modem went up in my first one and my stupid dad than left the monitor sitting outside our garage where it got rained on. D: I was so pissed, I had plans on getting hold of a new modem and my dad had totally ruined my monitor. The next two, we gave one to my friend and the other was a piece of crap.. <..<; I probably fought with it than be on it. I was so happy to get a labtop cause it meant I didn't have to wait to get computer access. Oh yea, Nikko. I ordered the limited edition doll. XD I'll get photos of her and post them up soon. |
