I'm trying to stay busy so I feel better but so far it's not working. I'm having a hard time trying to find things that I want to do that interest me. My depression was triggered again by my husband leaving and him not knowing when he will be home is making things worse for me. I'm trying to find a way to see a doctor now while he is gone.
