I know nothing of crocheting, and I did watch some of the videos ahead of time, but I didn't understand .-. but like the first videos, I think for me, part of the problem is they're using different yarn though it is a tutorial for cinnamoroll....

youtube has some good videos for how to do the stitches.
i think the woobles kits do have a slightly different yarn than a lot of the videos.

They do....like they're geared to be for beginners, but watching the videos....they're not meant for absolute beginners like me lol

someone in my yarn group has been making the woobles kits, and i think he started out as a complete beginner too.
another thing you can do is find a video of the stitches in slow motion, that's really helpful!

I bought the kit becuase of how it was supposed to be for beginners with videos and stuff, but considering it's crochet and like every minute or less you're having to click next while supposed to be able to keep tension and all....

I wish I could get the videos on my ps5 bc while disgusting, I can press X with my toe if needed .-.

do you have some random extra scrap yarn you can practice the stitches on? most of the stuffed toys (amigurumi) use the single crochet stitch, and if you have some extra yarn to practice that on, that might help?

I don't think so and this kit was kinda of an impulse buy bc my brain....when it sees cinnamoroll, it says we must BUY CINNAMOROLL!

I can only resist it sometimes XD (And if I ever get myself to make it, I can make another for my niece who loves cinnamoroll too!)

try this then: use some of the yarn to practice the stitches, you can always undo the practice piece and then use that for your cinnamoroll once you think you've got the hang of the stitches.
