D'awww. and Mom and I watched a story about a five year old and her pet duck a little while ago... duck imprinted on the little girl...

Bitties?
O.o?

Den 02-28-2016 02:25 PM

Little kids, generally newborns to toddlers, or a little older.

Tam I am 02-28-2016 03:19 PM

Yup. That's bitties.

XD Pet ducks are often so sassy. I saw a video of a guy running from his baby goose the other day. The other commenters all thought it was a duckling, and I did too till I heard what it said at the end of the clip.

Geese can be mean as heck... and they bite, too!

my dog is so afraid of geese she chases them and then runs away like crazy if they look at her

...Our dog played "Night of the Living Dead" with a possum the other day. XD

XD The geese I grew up with had all been raised by us. The only painful thing that ever happened is that the sweetest natured one of them could see the colour purple and loved it. One day one of my little sisters went out to see him with some purple on her nose. Sweetie nibbled it... Ouch. Then he was worried when she yelled.

Eeek. What do you mean?

Lawtan 02-29-2016 05:21 PM

Dog: There's a Possum! Chase!
Possum: *plays dead*
Dog: Mr. Possum? Hey! It's not nap time! *grumbles* Fine... *walks away*
Possum: *gets up and waddles away*
Dog: Hey! You came back to life! Play!
Possum: *plays dead*
Dog: What the...? I didn't say, "Play dead!"
~repeat a few times~

Dogs are so silly. When we had a dog, we had to be careful not to say certain words, because he knew what they meant...

Cody knew what the following words meant...:

-Squirrel
-Ball
-Frisbee
-Flashlight
-Rabbit
-Paper
-walk
-bath
-Mom
-Dad
-*my name*
-*sibling's name*
-Cat
-Up
-Down
-sit
-stay
-off
-laser
-food
-dog egg (Dad would cook an egg for him on Sundays, and put it in his food bowl)
-no
-leash
-smile
-kiss
-outside
-potty
-closer (as in "bring that closer to me")
-stop

He was a good dog, and Dad and I were the ones most affected by his passing.

XD Sounds like a Border Collie vocabulary. I bet he knew a lot more signals that you guys might have never noticed, too.

I had a dog at some point, Who acted literally just like our cats would. I swear it was convinced it was an oversized cat.

Tam I am 03-02-2016 05:54 PM

LOL What kind of dog was it?

It wouldn't surprise me if he did. He was a good dog.

A HUGE husky-Red wolf mix.

Lawtan 03-03-2016 12:05 AM

Huskies tend to act like young cats. xD
