Yeah, some of them I may never really use much (if at all), but it's the shear goal of getting Just One of everything...

And I'll only ever have ONE of everything, I refuse to get multiples unless it is completely necessary...(I've got two of the following, Luna Plena, Mystic Skin, and Mystical Aura...but only because they completely change the look layered, and I earned them during the event)

I honestly didn't hear about any of the other things, since it was only Japan in the media. At least here in the UK.

I hope to get a full set, but i'm not sure if i'll be able to get enough.

I simply get one of everything (commons included) and then gift off the multiples I get...

it was 'only japan' in a lot of places, they contribute a lot of the gizmos and psudo-culture all of the largest countries thrive on, none of the small countries and places were given coverage outside of fring internet media and local coverage and some of the larger ones were ignored as well, it was all 'save japan'

it is a matter of 'x number of people are hurt, who do you help your best friend or the one who needs it most' >> most people would choose the friend and there is something to be said about bandwagons

I think I'd like two of quite a few items, but probably no more than that.

hearing nothing of the others, i had no reason to think saving Japan was a bad cause. I see your point though.

I tend to ignore the media/news for the most part...too much drama and too many lies in it today...

And I hope to get one full event set, and then maybe some multiples for gifting laters...

Now that I have moved away fro my parents, and no longer have TV, I'm completely detached from the media. I Don't listen to radio, buy papers or anything. A world war could break out without my really knowing..

I tend to avoid internet news, as it can have even more bias than the news o-o And all the comment rages and stuff..

I'll pay attention to them a little closer to time to vote...and pretty much only then...
