*is a gurgly pillow*
...That made me chuckle
XD
*pokes gurgle belly* |
I am the first to admit, IRL, if I'm comfortable with someone, I am very prone to invading their personal space, usually unintentionally, but sometimes on purpose.
LOL I'm some shyer, but I grew up in a family where family members were furniture.
I grew up in a family where it was sorta common, mainly around the holidays, for older cousins to be pillows.
...My family is 2/3 non-touchy. Unless a dog is involved. :D
I don't like being touched, for the most part. I do alright most of the time, but as I said before, I have to be really comfortable with someone to be willing to invade their personal space, or have them in mine.
Strangers get told, "I'm going to invade your personal space a little." And then they get pat patted, or their shiny jewelry gets poked.
Friends get drive by hug attacks from behind. |
Ah, that'd just make me skittish. I really don't like people approaching me from outside my field of vision (tl;dr: My sibling's a bully and a jerk), so it might be best to approach from the front.
LOL I'm skittish of front hugs.
Side ones? As a compromise? xD
I do those too. Den says they eeek her too though.
Ahhhhh! Our friendship is doomed. Nah. If we ever meet she'll proly sock me a few times and then get used to me. |
It goes back to the "My sibling is a bully and a jerk" thing. Stuff coming in at the edges of my field of vision freaks me out, and I really dislike having people standing behind me, especially when I'm sitting down. Though to be fair, if I'm the one initiating the hug, I can do side hugs.
Like I say. You'll clock me a few times, and we'll be used to each other.
lol I'm already used to you. What are you talking about?
