It's becoming popular enough that pre-made ones are being sold. Here, at least. There's a bunch of variations, but some wind up being Carby which defeats the purpose. It shouldn't be too hard on your own. Another variation is fathead pizza crust.

Yeah, one should do a lot of research before even trying it. Like, lots. But one thing, a lot of the weight loss in the beginning is water weight because of the way carbs make you retain water. But supposedly, eating higher fat might make you less hungry and consume fewer calories.
