Ah that makes more sense. Drawing the hand in detail can be hard, so don't worry that's still quite good.

@Scylla, I hate them too, they appear as blobs on most of my full body drawings so I decided to draw a hand to get better at it. :)

I've taught myself to draw with my left hand if I need my right for an example

I can't draw with my right hand, though I taught mywelf to write with it. I 'borrowed' someone's left hand for my refernce though so it all worked out rather well.
