ml1201 11-09-2014 08:38 PM

Hi Kilala, I can call you that, right? x'D

Kilala Mikal 11-09-2014 08:41 PM

That's fine. :) How're you?

ml1201 11-09-2014 09:30 PM

Good, a bit sleepy though. XD

Tam I am 11-09-2014 10:07 PM

*plays loud music as a cure for sleepy*

ml1201 11-09-2014 10:23 PM

Sorry, I've slept through a live concert before, so unless I actually like the music it won't work. x'D

Tam I am 11-09-2014 10:28 PM

o.0 Slept through...

Whoa. I can't even maintain brain function during a live concert, let alone get comfortable or bored enough to sleep.

ml1201 11-09-2014 11:37 PM

Yeah, it was a local band where I lived and they had them playing in the auditorium with really loud music. x'D The teacher had to wake me up, but I didn't even want to go to the concert to begin with, so yeah. x'D The concert was about forty minutes long and I slept through most of it. ^^; Even my classmates couldn't believe I did that.

Crystallyn Whisper 11-09-2014 11:42 PM

Is ml magic? o 3o

ml1201 11-10-2014 12:30 AM

lol, no, I just have a tendency of being able to sleep almost anywhere. As a kid I used to sleep with my head on top of a bunch of computer parts in my dad's backseat. And I've slept directly on the floor on my side only to wake up two hours later with a VERY sore hip. x'D People don't know how I could possibly sleep in places like that but I can. And most times I sleep through thunder storms as well, the only one having woke me up was one that shook my entire room. x'D

Crystallyn Whisper 11-10-2014 12:37 AM

Golly. o Ao So... you really are magic.

Tam I am 11-10-2014 03:51 AM

Okay. Gonna stop being shocked now. I used to sleep comfortably on the floor right up until I hit forty. I sleep through thunderstorms. Used to sleep with my head on a textbook in school. And I've gone back to sleep with a red fire bell jangling right outside my apartment door. It just seems to be music in auditoriums that I can't sleep through.

daikokunyo 11-10-2014 06:48 AM

I usually can't sleep if there are other people in the room, anyone except my little brother. (The same way I can't do anything- ANYTHING on the computer if there's someone looking over my shoulder.) Sleep is just so personal. That said, I have dozed off during double biology right after lunch :P

ml1201 11-10-2014 09:32 AM

It all depends on the person, but there are times where you can't do what you used to when you were younger. For instance I used to be able to put one of my legs behind my head as a kid, and now I can't. x'D

Awen Moonshine 11-10-2014 10:25 AM

I slept through the opening act at a gig... Although to be fair I had traveled straight from college to the gig (I was doing performing arts at college and had to take the train from Southampton to London then navigate the tube...)

ml1201 11-10-2014 05:12 PM

I don't know what most of that means (I only know London by name) so I'm just going to assume that's a fair distance. x'D

Tam I am 11-10-2014 05:21 PM

I'm the oldest of eleven kids, whose parents used to always keep us in small houses (like three rooms). I can do nearly anything around a crowd, except think clearly. Though letting someone else sleep can be hard. I don't have trouble with babies sleeping, but anyone older than a little kid, I want them to wake up and talk to me. LOL

ml1201 11-10-2014 05:52 PM

lol, seems like Tam gets lonely easily. XD

*Hugs the Tam*

Awen Moonshine 11-11-2014 05:59 AM

It's a 1 and a half hour train journey from one to the other...

*hugs Tam*

daikokunyo 11-11-2014 07:34 AM

*hands Tam LOADS of green eggs*
They can talk! Sometimes you have to jiggle them a bit though. (They're fairy eggs YAY and they'll hatch if and when you want them to.)

ml1201 11-11-2014 10:54 AM

@Moonshine
That IS a long trip. o.o; I would have fallen asleep on the train ride. x'D

It's not loneliness. I spend weeks without seeing anyone now. It's a case of there being a toy there, and it's NOT WORKING.

*happy sound, and then a frown at my pet games* Why you no make green eggs? Why?

ml1201 11-11-2014 04:47 PM

*snuggles and cuddles the Tam*
Don't worry, if I could hang with you I would, but I can't sadly because you probably don't live near me. ^^;

Tam I am 11-11-2014 09:22 PM

LOL I'd probably drive you nuts.

daikokunyo 11-12-2014 11:46 AM

Oh Law! Someone posted the same message with the font on Mene too, however minus the awesome cheshire cat grin.

I have a new Papercraft link this time:

The Papercraft Museum. A lot of models, divided into categories, and searchable, with links to various websites where papercraft models can be downloaded.

ml1201 11-12-2014 06:28 PM

That's some complicated paper working there. o.o;

Lawtan 11-13-2014 10:45 AM

I just made a variation of the Hearse Song that creeps me the heck out more than the original...I am scared to share it with anyone, and it will give me nightmares...halp...

Tam I am 11-13-2014 04:01 PM

*big hug for Lawtan* Draw a dolly with a sword to protect you from it.

After repeated failed attempts to get back into my Yahoo account, I'm about ready to totally give up on Yahoo. It's right up there with Facebook on my "sites that smell like rotten raw liver" list.

I spent an entire winter once, when I was living with the 'rents, printing off papercraft patterns and building 'em.

I can agree on the Yahoo/facebook, and *hugs Tam back*

ml1201 11-13-2014 09:22 PM

@Den
o.o;
I wouldn't know how to begin since I'm not good at origami. x'D

@Tam
meh, I only use my yahoo email for jobs and such because they spam my inbox. x'D

it's just a matter of cutting along the lines that're meant to be cut, folding tabs and the occasional side seam, and gluing.

...Now I wanna print off and see about assembling some of the more "complicated" ones.

ml1201 11-13-2014 10:23 PM

lol, have fun with that. XD

And she sent me some printed out and unmade. I haven't built the transforming Optimus Prime yet, but super deformed chibi Bumblebee sits on the writing desk. It only took me something like two years to build her. LOL

That's not origami. Origami is paper folding without cutting or glue.

ml1201 11-13-2014 10:47 PM

lol, Thanks tame, though Den already explained. XD Now I'm very much well informed. XD I might try it then in the future. :3

Tam I am 11-14-2014 03:25 PM

I think your spellcheck or autocorrect snuck into your reply. XD

That's a pretty coat your avatar's wearing.
