Tower deck is just simple MtG term for a deck that is 10+ cards higher than the minimum. I go to tournaments alot Hermes and The places I go say 45-50 min, But the rules of MtG can differ from the rule set you use so it doesnt surprise me Because i have also been in tourneys recently that were 60+. The Older Rules which i usually play by the original rule set when the game first came out was 40.

There are no supported tournaments that do anything besides 40 cards, AKA sealed, or 60 cards, AKA constructed. If your store is supporting something like that and calling it DCI supported, you need to report them.
Miz - It depends on format. Standard - G/W Legacy - Mono-U Vintage - U/B EDH- B/U/G Sealed - Whatever is strongest, usually R/x |
Ya,Well the 45-50 was a casual Tournament (Should have probably mentioned that) I love playing MtG its a good way to pass time and make friends. I've actually won a few tournaments so I'm proud of that.. Umm really not sure what else to say haha. Just trying to stay in the topic :)
