Tag team his ass. Have Varic use the scattering shot, when he starts to power up that big ass beam attack move to the far right side of the bottom of the map, you'll find that the pillar there (near a chest I think) shields you from the light. When he stops casting, send your tank in to wollup him while you mage blasts at him. Return to the hiding spot, lure out the guys who spawn, kill them, repeat. He'll be dead in a few minutes or so if your good.
