I'm sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. *huggles* Last winter my daughter and I got in a big fight and she ended up leaving to call her grandma and while on the phone with her the woman at the gas station over heard her conversation with her and assumed that I neglected her somehow. So I got arrested for sending my daughter outside in the cold to stand for 5 mins to calm down when she was in a tyrant mood. Bullshit reason and now I have to go to trial instead of taking a deal that I have to admit to doing it and be on probation for a year >.>; She no longer lives with me and I don't have contact with her anymore either. She is a huge liar, thief and likes to push peoples buttons til they explode because they can't handle her abuse. To give an example of her. She will destroy your property to get back at you. And that night she was starting to. And picking on her brother who she knows was going to blow up and start to beat on her, which is what she wanted. So I sent her outside to calm down. Joe, my husband and I did that the day before and it worked. She didn't stay out longer than 5 mins. But because she said she was going to call her grandma and left, since we don't have a phone, I am neglecting her. ╚═════════════════════════════════╝ |

So I think there has to be something really medically wrong with her but doctors only diagnosed her with some disorder where you don't listen to authorities and that is why she is this way, but meds don't work for it. Not even help a little. My twins are 14 and my son is 12. My son is all I have contact with now. My twins live with the person who calls herself my mom. ╚═════════════════════════════════╝ |

I would get her examined but she stays with my mom and she doesn't care if my daughter misbehaves like that. She gives her what she wants no matter what.So I can't do anything about it now. I would let her come back but I am too afraid something like this will happen again. And knowing her it will be worse. Where I won't be facing probation, it will be actual jail time with no bail >.>; She's accused her twin brothers of sexually abusing her and they didn't. She did that to get back at my mom.... Ya.... ╔═════════════════════════════════╗ (｡◕‿◕｡) She's very vindictive. I am very independant and I was able to be on my own without her help and didn't want to be under her control anymore. So because she couldn't control me and still can't, she deceides to take a different route to ruin my life. With this court thing I have to go to trial now to get out of the deal and I know the prosecution will call her and she will say things about me to piss me off so I blow up in court and to make sure I get a big punishment. I know her, she is that vindictive of a person for some reason. And the funny thing is. Her parents are the nicest people ever. They loved all their kids, spent time with them all the time, was there for them, every- thing a good parent should be. So I don't know what went wrong with her. I know I can't do anything because it will make me look worse than I already do so that helps me stay calm. I know what I have to do and what I can't do. So I make sure I think of it all the time. Otherwise I can't because something bad will happen again. She has left the house on her own before that day because she didn't want to follow the rules or listen to me. Or her brother was upsetting her because of something she did to him. So she'd grab her coat and take off. Most of the time it was at night. She didn't come home til after 9:30 one night. ╔═════════════════════════════════╗ (｡◕‿◕｡) We gave up spanking the kids because they would start to laugh. We tried everything to punish them and nothing worked at all. My son without his sister is the kid I know he is. Well behaved but he does have his moments like all kids. And since he has ADHD and impulse control disorder I tolerate his behaviour more because I know he can't help it. With my daughter I had nothing to go off of so it wasn't easy to handle her. My mom said she would take her into see a doctor but she hasn't yet and probably won't either. She already can't get my twins on the right meds or to see a actual doctor and not some quack who doesn't know a damn thing. Like they all are so far with them. ╚═════════════════════════════════╝ |

We told my mom to stop taking our daughter to the emergency room everytime she has a ear infection because my husband's former insurance didn't cover the visit at all. He had to pay the whole thing out of pocket. Which was over $600 USD each visit. Well she kept on taking her there no matter what we said and now we owe a few grand for the entire visits.
