Ducky 07-25-2012 07:23 PM

my group doesn't play and legit formats. They're all casual decks. No out-right banned cards, but otherwise all are free game.

hyjin 07-25-2012 07:45 PM

hyjin 07-27-2012 06:11 PM

so do i but 5 bucks isnt worth it

Natsunaine 07-27-2012 11:52 PM

I sport a few decks actually. mostly a Black and white 50 card tower deck it has only lost twice and ive dueled quite a few times with against quite a few different people

Ducky 07-28-2012 09:18 AM

isn't 50 cards against the rulings? Though 60 cards was the minimum allowed?

Natsunaine 07-28-2012 09:51 AM

anything higher than 45 cards is considered a tower deck. But i go by the original rules so its changed since then to minimum of like 55 i belive?

Ducky 07-28-2012 06:10 PM

I'll have to look up tower decks. Never heard of them before. All I've been told is that below 60 can give you unfair advantages with the ratio of cards and such.

Hermes 07-28-2012 07:35 PM

60 cards is the minimum number of cards for a constructed Magic: The Gathering deck. Constructed is any deck made for a supported, non-draft tournament format at this time, or a casual deck not under the effects of special format rules. For more information, go to google, and look stuff up for your darn self.

-pokes hermes-

I has a question for you, whats your favorite deck colors?

Ducky 07-29-2012 02:35 AM

I've done 40 card decks at pre-re;eases and such, I'd just never heard of non-event decks lower than 60. There's so much to learn about Magic, it's crazy x_x
