@Kat: o.o That does sound like a very trying week. Sorry to hear so much happened with her but, I'm glad to hear that she's ok. =^.^= I don't know how I would have been if that had been me having to deal with something like that with Eli. This morning I wake up and Eli is in the same spot he was when we fell asleep (the pillow next to mine) and now since I woke up and am sitting on my computer typing on here, he has decided he'd cuddle with me and attempt to separate me from the computer by getting in the middle. Kind of works... But, I have to hold my left arm up so I don't set it on his stomach and accidentally piss him off.
This past week for me has been mainly working. Altogether this week I'm working 28.5hrs. ^^" It's a lot more than I'm used to definitely. That and it's more than I said I would work. But, I'm not complaining. We finally technically open on Monday, but yesterday and today are our soft opening days where we had friends and family come in to try the food. I just know today when I go on my break I want to hit up the subway in the plaza my workplace is since I want to apologise to my stomach for feeding it so much horrible crap over the past couple of days ^^" How could I ever forget you Kat? *hug* Hopefully everything keeps going good. Ugh, I've been awake since 9. I wish I could go back to sleep (it's 10.22a)... But, I can't since I have to get out of bed in 10 min and start getting ready for work (working 11.30a-6p) ^^" |

I love all kinds of geeky stuff like Star Wars, Star Trek, some comics (very limited selection sue to my dislike of "main stream" crap... except CatWoman and the Rogue/Gambit stand-alone stories, of which I own ONE four-issue story arc). I also loves me some Pokémon games and plushies. I have a small collection of Japanese vinyl figures and a handful of Japanese 1/6th scale female action figures (Cy-Girl and ZC Girl). Less than 3 hours till church, so I REALLY should be sleeping... but I couldn't fall asleep *flails again* @Serena: that's so awesome that your employer likes you enough to give you extra hours!! And you were worried *pfft* XD I'm really glad it's working out well for you *hugs* @Calypso: I would use them for target practice. *wicked grin* Naw, actually, check with your local schools. You might be able to donate them to a school and get a tax break next year for "charitable contributions" (or not- I honestly don't know what the hell is up with taxes anymore *ick*). But, I did take my old ginormous monitor to a place in the desert where we go shooting, and we destroyed that thing! It was the husband-creature's 12 gauge shotgun that did most of the damage (my guns are .22 Long Rifle and 9mm handgun). I got some good shots off before Eric decimated the monitor with the shotgun. Oi! I'm so freaking tired... and I have to be completely alert in another 2.5 hours *gah!* I'll try AGAIN to get some sleep *blah* Before I go, here's what I came up with for a siggie banner. It's really very interesting. It's called The Serpent and the Rainbow. I looked it up - do you like suspense / mystery / verge of horror.
