One was on the phone yelling at her mom.... And i don't do well with yelling.... Like at all..... And then they were attempting to put dishes away but kept clanking dishes together..... and i don't know.... it just kept scaring me..... and making me jump.....

Maybe you should try and go lay down, or something?
