*Hugs Den* :D
Den looks great in the Doctor Who Scarf :3 |
The game's about 15 minutes from starting. It's a sea of blue at Kauffman Stadium... and all of the sports announcers picked the Royals to win.
|
But they aren't. :(
|
Congrats Den! <3 It's so eerie seeing you on the news haha.
|
I've seen her on before, but she had a mask on those other times, I think. And Lawtan's right. Your scarf looks cool, Den!
Hey, guys, does this outfit on my avatar look alright? Colours and such? |
Awesome scarf! How many skeins of yarn did it take to make it?
|
Tam, av looks good. :3
Kilala, as of last count, it's taken about 9 skeins... but I'll be getting more yarn to make the tassels (I'll be getting more to make the tassels at some point) |
Geeze! That's a lot of yarn for a scarf! How long does it measure, Den?
|
Just about 12 feet.
|
It's like those scarfs from the crane game. lol
Thanks, Den. |
Would be if I did the season 18 scarf... That one was the longest one ever.
|
Twelve feet?? Good grief that's a long scarf! Lol.
|
*Fly by glomphing for Kilala, Tam, Ginger, and Autobot* :D
|
Wee! I've been glomped! :D
This is the scarf that never ends. It just goes on and on my friends... |
*Laughs* well, Tam's Scarf is that epic.
Anywho, how are you today? |
Do you mean Den's scarf?
And I am being happy because of good tasting peanut butter in my tummy. How about you? |
Lol, yes, I meant Den. Sorry.
I am somewhat nervous over things, but other than that... |
XD
I used to get nervous over stuff. Now I'm usually too spaced. I don't know which is worse. *sympathy hug* |
Meh, I am a worrywort. *hugs back*
|
Another friend showed me this, and thought it might be your kind of funny.
|
Yes! *Cracks up*
|
Ooh, I have a couple of favorites to share!
First of all, this is a Sailor Moon fanfic page with a very involved series that I've followed from start to finish --oh, and um, a couple of my fan arts have been posted to his page, too. Specifically for the Sailor Moon Z story, which I promise has nothing to do with Dragon Ball -- Z is for Zodiac. http://www.thekeep.org/~wombat/Stories/SM.htm And then there's one of my favorite authors, Mercedes Lackey, and especially her Valdemar series, but also her 500 Kingdoms series, and her Elemental Mages series, and pretty much all her books! http://www.mercedeslackey.com/ |
I know Mercedes Lackey from a doll forum I'm on. She's really nice. :)
|
Mercedes Lackey?! *A hoard of Squeebats are summoned* "Squeeeeeee!"
I loved her Dragon Jousters series, and her work with other authors (Dave Freer, Andre Norton - RIP, etc.) |
LOL! And I'm a weirdo- I kind of wandered off from her stuff. But then I don't really read fantasy anymore. I just seem to play with it.
|
I never really read her stuff, to be honest. I just know her from a doll forum.
|
I haven't read her works for a few years now - doing more reading for research than anything - but I still loved her work.
And, on another note, I am frustrated that Yahoo removed Geocites...5 years ago... (Found what looked to be a good link of resources...and it was on Geocites...) Going to try to get it through the Wayback Machine. |
OOMPH! Glomping has knocked me on me bottom!
Buuut that's okay. I don't mind. 8D |
"Irene is a Neoclassical tragedy written between 1726 and 1749 by Samuel Johnson. It has the distinction of being the work Johnson considered his greatest failure. Since his death, the critical consensus has been that he was right to think so."
This just amused me. |
Yay! I got glomp'ded! XD Yesterday was kinda meh for me, Lawman, but today has been tons better. Residual cry headache this morning, but it's gotten better. I've been worried about the little one on board, but found out that the docs aren't really concerned with what they've seen, she actually cooperated better today during the ultrasound, so I feel like I'm able to breathe again. Other things happened yesterday on top of being worried about Little One, so yesterday was just bad, all the way around... (I hope I'm not rambling XD)
Anyway, how's everybody else today? :) |
Well, I had a mindscrew caused by migraines, a spike in Seratonin, and low blood sugar...in which all the stories characters I've been working on danced and sung different songs (was listening to music) and I went from being one to the other...all in my head.
On top of a green, grassy dragon, within a half-constructed victorian-medieval castle the mental concert was held. Wadjet and Lilith dueled with poi. Alaisiagae and Calliope were singing. Errol, Erith, Gwion, Arthur, and Amilie were working on the special effects (in between drinking and dancing) with Brigid as an overseer. Okeus dueled with Amun-Bes, and Gwenwyn, Lady Wind, and Mistress Death provided the echoes. And the less developed characters sat on stools, laughing and drinking. Oh, and a water-dragon was spelling out words. And another dragon alternated between being a brown Fire drake and a Native American Dancer. Then it ended, and I felt the aftereffects of a migraine...and felt like mint smells. So, clear-headed, tense, buzzing pain, and relaxed... ...It was a very odd 20 minutes for me... |
You alright there?
|
All I can say is wow. O.o
|
*prays for Kilala's hitchhiker to be a good babby and not stress her mother*
*gives Lawtan naan with chocolate peanut butter on it* *gives both Kilala and Lawtan hugs* |
lol Thanks Tam. <3 It was more my hubs than the baby that had me out of sorts the other day, but it's pretty much been resolved.
*hugs back* |
*noms on naan* Mmmmm..... :p-love:
*Hugs Tam* |
Now that my last con of the year's done, I can focus on getting my story turned into a comic.
|
I went hair shopping for somebody else, and wound up with new hair for my avatar. I'm just glad that doesn't happen when I shop for RL things.
