depends on what you mean for good story... Hanamura kindergarten sure had a good story but the ending wasnt what i expected. And im not gonna talk about the other anime bc its 18+ and confusing

The telling of the story as a whole and each character's individual stories in it. If it all comes together really well it can make a great story on all aspects. Sometimes sad endings are just what the tale needs.
