He doesn't have to be evil for them to clash, and it would be a bit more interesting if they were only enemies cause of the Gods they were blessed by.. not all the Gods were on friendly terms with each other.

Hades isn't necessarily evil as much as just misunderstood. He felt robbed because he got the worst job out of the three brothers
