Oh, the Rave. I should have known because it looks like pony falls *nod* I actually pony falls in that exact color scheme- but I've never had the opportunity to wear them. Don't think I will IRL now (I'm not usually one to stick with traditional "age appropriate" crappola, but I think I'm past the stage in life where I would even have some reason to wear them. Plus, their really heavy, and if I can't bear my own hair touching my skin, I don't think adding falls would be a good idea. *shrug* they're really cute hanging on my wire kitty shaped basket ^_~ ).

I used to dye my hair every 6 weeks (if I could afford it)... but I only stuck with reds. When I got into the "alternative" subculture in the 80's that is now labeled "goth", I REFUSED to ever dye my hair black. I was the "individualist" amongst the rest of the so-called individualists who all wore the same band t-shirts and EVERYONE dyed their hair black. So, I vowed that I never would, and 26 years later, I never have. I did do just about every shade of red from Topaz (extremely light reddish/strawberry blonde) to Orchid (dark purple... but still counts because purple is red & blue mixed ^_~ ). My fave hair color didn't have any special name, so I called it Barbieque Potato chip Orange or Nuclear Orange. I loved that color and was so sad to see it disappear from market shelves D: When I finally found Maniac Panic, I fell in love with Fire Engine Red *WooHoo!* |

I'm the one in the relationship that to myself I won't do stuff like dye my hair or dress a certain way because I think just because I'm most likely going to grad school in the Fall and I'll be 25 in oct and hopefully be a librarian. I have to dress more professionally and my age and won't dress like how I did younger or dye my hair.
My boyfriend says to me "Do whatever you want as long as you're happy" I'm debating looking into the hair dye just for the heck of it. |
