I haven't been ice skating in AGES.
But there was an outdoor rink near my house growing up. (Essentially just a dmall pool-type area that got filled every winter.)
I miss ice skating...

Potir: Ah yeah. But when you're a kid, you don't feel the cold the same way and after I outgrew my skates, I kind of stopped going. But it was really nice at the time.

If I recall...I prefer ice skating, but I am equally bad whether on blades and ice or wheels and pavement...

Ohh, well, I do recall I was more fond of playing in the snow when I was younger XD.

Right now my left knee is protesting with bruises from having fallen on it so much haha.

Wheels...when I was very young I once roller-bladed, but it never got to the point where I was comfortable. Wearing knee and wrist guards didn't really help me feel safe :P.

I like ice skating because I won't bleed as easily.

I bought rollerblades last spring. I went skating a few times, but even small hills terrify me because my balance is so bad that I can't really use the brakes properly without falling.
So I will probably mainly use them on the round, level jogging path in the nearby park as an alternate exercise to biking when the weather is nice.

Ohh biking! I'm kind of scared of steep drops on that. Actually, I haven't biked in years XD.

Ah. I don't have the courage for actual mountain biking...but I do like to take the river's edge trail to giant springs in the summer when I can...and that's probably a good 8-10 miles one way? Might be less. I forget. But it's really pretty and other than a couple bad hills, it's an easy ride.

outdoor ice skating is not a thing where I live, hehe.

Could be fun, though.

Oh no I don't have the courage for mountain biking either! Nor the stamina, probably.
But on the way to park, there are really, really bad hills of crackly concrete D:
