That is kinda wierd. Maybe you have a slow computer? I know sometimes I have my avatar load in layers so for a few seconds I'll just be wearing part of my outfit.

no my laptop isn't slow and my net hasn't acted up..

it could be the servers hiccuping a bit

And the pc doesn't actually have to hiccup you could just put *hic* that pops up around the computer at random times.
