Yes, I have to leave the house sometimes because I can't stand the noise level. But for the most part I'm at home or the library.

Unfortunaly, I don't think I'll ever feel 100% safe in my bedroom. Possibly the crawl space under it but never the actaul room.

I'm aware of that but my room isn't even in the top 1000 place where I feel safe.

no locks are on ANY door except the apartment door. =( its scary

That is scaryish. I've never locked my doors but only in really small spaces where I can feel at least three of the walls. I like having something solid behind me and less room=better.

I keep my bed in the corner of my room O.O i need the one wall there and the other at my head D:

My bed is bolted to the middle of the room and there is a lot of space around it. D; I can't stand it and will often crawl into the crawl space at night and do my homework sleep there.

Childhood issues. :( Neither me nor my nee-chan had the best childhood and our parents aren't really our parents by blood. When we were younger I was on suicide watch and it was nessisary, the bolts just haven't been removed.

I see. They should take the bolts out now that you arent on watch. Bed in the middle of the room isn't fun xp

I'm sure it will get done eventually. I don't mind it being bolted down just that it is the middle of the room. If they moved it to a corner I probably wouldn't mind as much.

Yeah, but last time I asked my brother had an issue that couldn't wait and so it got pushed to the back burner. I'll bring it up to them again soon.
