I've seen that series at BAM, but I've never read it. What's it about?

but there's this wolf that is revered as a Diety of sorts or God to the town people. She wants to go home to the north. She;s awesome <3 she;s amusing. She travels with this merchant.

I'll have to give it a read sometime... after I get a bigger bookshelf. My current one is packed to overflowing.

but the manga is different than the anime. in the anime there;s this annoying girl trying to kill the wolf. in the manga it is a guy in place of the flirtatious girl.

Flirtatious girls both creep me out and annoy me.
