I love it when zeke gets so friendly he becomes a lap kitty =w= but the claws that go through the blanket and pants hurts ;-;

Oh man, have you ever had your cat snoozing in your lap? He's all calm, half-asleep, and then something startles him. And then he just DIGS his claws into you. X__X They HURRT

What i hate is when they are laying on you and your petting them.. and the kneed their claws into your skin cause they feel good =w=,

I can handle their typical kneading, but both Kahlil and Hunter have flipped out on my lap before. Mom had to do some vet-turned-human medical care on Hunter's little puncture wound. X__X Wouldn't stop bleeding for a good ten minutes.

Hehe, I love trimming my babies nails. :P Ollie just does this rarrww and sits there like i'm killing her and munchers is usually pretty quiet until i'm on the very last nail and then he freaks.
But then we play the treat game and I get butts down. :P |
Hunter used to be so good, but now that he's build up better connections in his brain from the brain damage, he can fight and hooooly cow, does he fight. I need to try that butt-down treat trick.

XD It's kind of funny, actually, that of all the pets who behaves the best when we trim their nails, it's the hyperactive husky. Tempest just lays there, no protest, and then he's good.

I absolutely love animals! <3 I currently have 2 lab puppies, one black and one chocolate. The black one was originally my sisters, but she didn't realize the responsibility she'd have to take on if she got him, so I took over for her. We're trying to find him a new home for him though, it's sad :( But he'd be better off with another family.
Onto my chocolate lab! His name is Toby and he's such a sweet and smart dog! And he's HUGE! He's only about 4 months, but he's much bigger than the other dog (Mason). He's beautiful too, here's a picture ^^ Clicky And then there's Mason. He's really hyper and he's hungry allll the time. And he barks, so effing much D; He's sweet though and just needs alot of attention. Here's a pic of him. Clicky Anyways, I love them to death and I'm gonna hate giving Mason away >< |
