Coda I laughed harder at that than I probably should have.

My best AP essay was comparing Hamlet to a peanut butter and jelly sandwich... I do not have access to it anymore.

I giggled while I was writing it. Never before or since have I laughed during a final exam.

It's solid gold. I almost envy the person that got to grade it.

*looks back and notices a link for the first time*

Wow, that was really fun to read. I only wish I understood the reference to Dante more xD

Coda 12-22-2017 03:25 AM

Most of the references are to the New Testament of the Bible. I've never read Dante.

Potironette 12-22-2017 08:59 AM

...I wish I understood the references the New Testament. I don't even know what the New Testament is ^^;;

Coda 12-22-2017 01:18 PM

It's the second half of the book, the part that distinguishes Christianity from Judaism.

Going into more detail than that... well, that's probably excessive for this thread. :P

That was beautiful, Coda. ; w;

I just had a dream about being around a bunch of underwater creatures. I'm sad now that it's over, since there weren't any filler characters in that particular dream.

Applying to colleges last minute makes everything blur together.

But I found something that reminded me of Coda's essay:

Happy new year, y'all.

Watch me STILL unintentionally write 2013 in 2018. I'd probably mistakenly write 2017 in 2022...

Mekatra 01-01-2018 07:21 PM

I filled out some paperwork the other day and put 2015 on all of them if that makes you feel any better

bluebird 01-01-2018 07:37 PM

That's closer to the current year than me. XD

Mekatra 01-01-2018 07:38 PM

We're not confused, we're just practicing for when we get our time travel ability.

Glitch 01-01-2018 07:57 PM

I can still remember writing 9/9/99 on my school papers and thinking I was so cool

Crystallyn Whisper 01-01-2018 08:52 PM

I remember dating papers from the 90s. It feels weird to think about now.
