Anka is the phoenix in the Trisphee logo. There's not actually much lore behind it beyond that; Anka was always more of a symbol than part of the story.

I haven't really seen any NPCs around so I wasn't sure if I am just missing them or they aren't really used much on this site.

At least now I know Anka's name.

We used to have NPCs and you can still see some of them if you go digging around in the archives, but they fell by the wayside over time for various reasons.

i have no motivation to do anything today!!!!

Mekatra 11-14-2017 07:01 PM

That's me today, Glitch. I even left work about half an hour early because I didn't feel like trying to find things to keep myself busy for an extra half hour.

Personally I feel the site is interesting enough without a storyline or whatever explaining everything. It doesn't have to be some mystical world, it can just be a great community to hang out in.

Hello everyone. I totally feel you guys on the having no motivation today thing. I am late finishing editing my first actual YouTube video (horrible quality due to being filmed from a laptops built in webcam of a five + year old laptop but whatever it works), and I am just so lazy in filming the new one today.

Considering using your phone's rear camera instead. Those things have surprisingly good optics.

i'm also super lazy today

Mekatra 11-17-2017 06:13 PM

I have to come up with a cute craft to keep my sister's kids busy for a couple hours tomorrow... I have zero motivation to entertain children tomorrow.

trystan830 11-17-2017 06:18 PM

so... i teach crochet at my michael's, and my classes are on saturdays. last week, someone signed up for my class tomorrow. so i called her, like i do with all my students, on monday to confirm that she's still coming, and to find out if she's crocheted at all before (sometimes people have tried using youtube vids and can't figure it out; or they crocheted a while ago and want a refresher) or she's a complete beginner (which are about 90% of the people i've taught)... but she never called back.

i'd like to think she'll show; we'll see how it goes.
