"Best" may be objectively true according to certain metrics. It certainly has the most users, probably the most 30-day-active users, possibly the most items, possibly the most available different poses for the bases, and almost certainly the most revenue.

But it's elitist as fudge. You are judged by your avvie, people will hate on you if your art is "ugly" and you are expected to know everything from the start.
|
Oh, I didn't say it was the best community. :P
|
True. 8D I must have mixed up your reply with another one on another site. xD
|
so I am allergic to perfumes.
Normally it's not an issue but days like today for some reason everybody has put lots on. Since I am a receptionist the various smells gather in my little waiting room and my nose stuffs up and my ears plug up and I turn into a yawning mouth breather and it is the pits. |
maybe it's from the deoderant. it's so hot out DX
brb drowning in a pool of my own sweat |
i'm lucky enough to be in the north west which is rebelling from the heat.
Granted it feels hot but it's like not comparatively. |
It was REALLY hot in Ohio, you would hate it there glitch.
I did, weather wise XD REALLY hot. Even when it down poured it was high 80s |
you must be relieved to have rejoined me here in the northwest.
|
When we were driving it was 70
glorious. The heat AND humidity was so bad I sweated standing still under a shade with a fan on me. |
that sounds pretty horrendous
|
It's been like 30-40 degrees here for days. :o
|
another day in the 90sF here... yesterday was 96F/35C, but i think i saw on the news it got up to 99F/37C. today's high is 'only' forecast at 94F/34C... but not as humid.
bleh. is it fall yet?? |
Hey, I'll take 99°F over the 1500°F it is on the other side of the mountains right now.
|
yeah, you have a point there.
oh no, are you in california? *sends a ton of rain out your way* |
The "Sand Fire" is, as I mentioned, on the other side of the mountains from where I live right now. I can see the smoke plume in the northwestern sky (well, technically I can see the smoke plume in MOST of the sky, because it's huge). It's about 30 miles northwest-ish of here as the crow (or the tanker plane) flies; I could drive there in under an hour.
