We tell him no all the time, especially when he is digging stuff up outside, but then he thinks it is a game and runs around. I do not chase him and leave him to be silly and keep trying to discipline when he starts to dig, but he does not learn.

Gallagher 03-01-2013 02:49 AM

Oh. Hm.

... Did you try taking away his huggles?

Honey 03-01-2013 02:50 AM

His huggles?

Gallagher 03-01-2013 02:53 AM

Yes. All of them.

Honey 03-01-2013 02:55 AM

;n; I couldn't stop hugging my baby, I love him too much.

Gallagher 03-01-2013 03:03 AM

You're doomed to having a digger.

Doomed.

Honey 03-02-2013 12:00 AM

I figure it was expected that I wouldn't do the best job since he is my first puppy, but I think he will turn out okay. ;n; Maybe.

hyjin 03-02-2013 09:34 AM

try to keep him from digging?

I have to agree with this one.

My 8-year old spitz/labbie mix STILL digs up stuff. Even if one leg is legally limp. =_= she keeps digging for I don't know what reason.
