I completely agree with that.

I've thought about buttons too :3 Marbling them, like people do with their fingernails, would be so awesome.

I'm actually really hoping the Solar Roadways project really takes off and instigates a huge upgrade to our entire country's infrastructure. It'd be nice to switch over from copper to fiber finally.

Marbling? I have not heard of that, I will need to look it up.

Ginger 10-05-2014 04:55 AM

Ohh my gosh it looks awesome. So many different color possibilities, and every nail turns out different.

Nysamu 10-05-2014 04:58 AM

I see! It does look very trippy, almost like tie-dye t-shirts.

Ginger 10-05-2014 05:01 AM

Maybe that's why I love the concept so much. I'm such a freaking hippy at heart.

So what are your interests? :3

Nysamu 10-05-2014 05:05 AM

I like games, books, webcomics, and movies. I enjoy hiking and biking but I hardly ever actually get outside to do it. I also like being taken for long walks on the beach.

Ginger 10-05-2014 05:32 AM

Games, movies, and sometimes books are all things I can relate with. Biking is great, but I haven't had one in years. I only seem to like to hike when I'm camping. Other than that I don't get outside much unless it's to walk somewhere.

Nysamu 10-05-2014 05:34 AM

Yeah, I really would like to get a bike again. I used to go hiking all the time with my grandma, but ever since I moved out west I haven't been able to see her as much as I used to. It's been a long time since I've been camping, too. Maybe I should try to get my friends to plan a trip with me. xD

Ginger 10-05-2014 05:36 AM

That would be a great plan :3 Especially before the weather turns cold. I wish I lived somewhere where it never gets below 45 degrees ever.

Nysamu 10-05-2014 05:38 AM

I don't think it ever gets below that here in Sandy Eggo. But, if we were to go camping, it would probably have to be farther north. So we'd still want to go before it gets too much colder.

Is San Diego desert-y? I've never been. I've been to San Fran and Sacramento, though.

Nysamu 10-05-2014 05:42 AM

uhm, it is kinda desert like, it gets really hot and dry during Sept/Oct, so there's a lot of fires and warnings and such. The problem is all the vegetation that's here tends to dry out and become very combustible.

Ginger 10-05-2014 05:48 AM

Yeah that makes sense. Our fire danger season is from June to probably late September.

Hot apple cider is calling my name.... nomnomnom... so thirsty.

Nysamu 10-05-2014 05:49 AM

omg I miss having that... I used to get some whenever I visited with my grandparents up in Pennsylvania.

Ginger 10-05-2014 05:56 AM

I absolutely love it. One of my favorite holiday drinks. First favorite is pumpkin spice latte... but that's much more spendy. And being unemployed is fierce on my wallet.

Nysamu 10-05-2014 06:06 AM

Yeah, there's not much to spend when there's nothing coming in.
