I've made cheesecake before. It's a heaping pile of cream chease, and a frankly ridiculous amount of sugar.

It does seem weird when making it to put in so much sugar, I might try using a bit less some day and put really sweet fruit and syrup on top.

Well, that much cream cheese would be pretty nasty without a lot of sweetening.

I use to get it every year at the Garlic Festivals back home and now that I've said that I've just realized that I missed it again this year... This makes Black a sad panda.. :(
