...I have never seen Ramadan celebrated, sadly.

Just fast all day from food and water for 30 day's for religious reasons and you would probably get a similar experience. Actually this Ramadan has around 3 days let and then Eid happens. :) Eid is like an awesome 3 day long carnival over here at the mosques. Every night there are fireworks, fair food, games, and bouncy-houses set up at the mosque and we party.

Sounds interesting... The spiritual fasting as well (refraining from being overly hostile to one another and the like).

Yeah that can be rather hard, but the reward is great.

I'll have to let you know later tonight, They were prepared for my baby brothers 16th birthday party today so I really do hope they turned out alright.
