Annoyed, my computer keeps denying me interwebz (Ubuntu doesn't like my wireless card and the one thing that might fix it...well the website won't load...yay)

And now the website is saying I need to wait 15 more seconds to post when it's not showing that my post posted.

Lawtan 05-12-2014 07:02 PM

It was about to post 3 times, I am guessing...

*Correction: Your original post never posted. Response to the issue (stating the issue) posted twice.

Sorry...

Tris has been really slow for me, so it might not just be you.

Lawtan 05-12-2014 07:56 PM

Honestly, Tris has consistently been the fastest site I am on. When FB and anything Google related (and all other search engines/sites) have not worked, Trisphee has.

Vincent 05-12-2014 08:45 PM

You're right about that , Lawman. XD Trisphee IS pretty fast, considering. :3

Yokuutsu 05-12-2014 08:49 PM

Either Trisphee doesn't like my firefox....or my firefox doesn't like Trisphee. .-.

Vincent 05-12-2014 08:52 PM

Maybe just restart Yokuutsu? X:
I have firefox too and it's pretty fine.
Though I've found if I've gone looking at other random internet sites, it's like... they -cling on- to the computer, and it gets slower the more I'm on it, and when I restart, it's back to normal. o.o'

Yokuutsu 05-12-2014 08:55 PM

Every single time my internet has went out today on my laptop, I have restarted the entire computer. Because usually, that's the only way to get the internet back.

And the one thing that might fix it, it won't load the webpage to download the driver for it....and no one can help me beyond that. Starting to dislike Linux a bit.

Vincent 05-12-2014 09:00 PM

Ah. x.x Well that sucks.
I don't know anything about Linux either so. Dx...

Sounds like a drag :c

Yokuutsu 05-12-2014 09:19 PM

It's my wireless card it has a problem with apparently T-T

Lawtan 05-12-2014 09:38 PM

@Vincent: I think that is because keeping multiple sites open may add/access more temporary files/cookies over time (which are erased on restart)

@Yokuutsu: Ask someone at a computer store about it?

Yokuutsu 05-12-2014 10:04 PM

What computer store? Nearest one is over an hour away.

And it's Best Buy.

Lawtan 05-12-2014 11:59 PM

Oh...sorry
*Somewhat the same here, to be honest...just figured most people would be closer to one.*

Yokuutsu 05-13-2014 02:26 PM

Not me! I live in the middle of nowhere :D

Vincent 05-14-2014 05:31 PM

@ Yokuutsu ;
Same here. :'D
Well... technically. all the places around here are so useless. x.x

Yokuutsu 05-14-2014 06:05 PM

I have such a headache right now.
